Minor amendments to Tentative Tract Map 7049, previously approved on July 10, 2001, to reduce the number of building sites from 22 lots to 21 lots, including the following changes: eliminate the formerly numbered lot 22; reduce the size of lot 17 and increase the sizes of lots 18, 19, 20, and 21; increase the width and reduce the length of the PAE serving lots 15, 16, and 17; increase the width of the PAE serving lots 10, 11, 12, and 13; create an island around the oak tree located in the PAE serving lots 6, 7, 19, 20, and 21; increase the size of the open space lot from 7.8 to 8.45 acres; and designate 12 public parking spaces along the extension of Werner Court and three guest parking spaces on the PAEs.
