Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has extended Streambed Alteration Agreement Notification Number 1600-2018-0318-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Permittee, Placer Vinyards Central Group, LLC (Permittee) as represented by Rick Langdon. The Permittee has requested, and CDFW has granted, a five-year extension pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1605, subdivisions (b) and (d). The project is a component of the Placer Vineyards Specific Plan (PVSP), a 5,230-acre specific plan project, which includes on- and offsite infrastructure elements. The Segment N Infrastructure Project is a 23.93-acre component of the PVSP Backbone Infrastructure, which includes onsite infrastructure elements required for the development of the PVSP, specifically, the installation of a water line, the installation of a sewer line, the construction of a maintenance road, and the construction of permanent roads (Wild Poppy Road and Town Center Avenue)
