Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has extended Streambed Alteration Agreement Notification No. 1600-2018-0113-R2, pursuant to Section 1602
of the Fish and Game Code to the project Permittee, Placer Vineyards Central Group, LLC. The Permittee has requested, and CDFW has approved, a five-year extension pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1605, subdivisions (b) and (d). The project is limited to the installation of a water line occurring to the south of the existing
Baseline Road within the 18.8-acre project boundary of Segment F. The water line will be installed to the south of the existing Baseline Road via an open trench. The water line will consist of a 24-inch ductile iron pipe. To install the water line, a 4-foot wide and 10- to 15-footdeep open trench will be dug (both in the upland areas and through aquatic features where the line is proposed to be installed), the water line will be placed, and the dirt excavated to dig the open trench will be used to backfill the trench and bury the water line. To the east, the water line will tee into the existing 16-inch transmission main at the intersection of Walerga and Fiddyment Road and to the west the water line will connect with a water line (24-inch ductile iron pipe) to be
installed in Segment G.
