Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement Notification Number PLA-53700-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Lennar Homes of California, Inc. The project is limited to additional impacts associated with the Placer Vineyards 1A Project necessary to construct the ultimate configuration of Placer Creek Drive. The additional impact areas are associated with three roadway stubs to future development, the Curry Creek corridor, and the Steelhead Creek tributary storm water quality facility and total 0.746-acre of vernal pool grasslands including 0.015-acre of seasonal wetland swale.
