Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement Notification Number PLA-49876-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Woodside 05N, LP. The proposed project consists of a mixed-use development that will construct 444 housing units within four single-family residential villages and a high density residential lot, a 3-acre public park, a Class 1 bike trail that connects to the regional system of trails, and associated infrastructure elements. Project activities covered by the Agreement are limited to mass grading of the approximately 115-acre development footprint, vegetation removal, and fill of aquatic habitat features.
