Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement Notification Number 1600-2019-0301-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, BHT II Northern Cal 1, LLC. The 86.26-acre project includes an 83.67-acre development area, a 1.72-acre graded and restored open space area, two jack and bore pit areas totaling 0.22-acre, and 0.65-acre of water quality basins that will support the storm water drainage system to be constructed in the development area. The activities authorized by the Agreement include the following: mass grading in the development area to create housing pads for structures, excavation/construction of water quality basins to support the storm water runoff from the development area, and a jack and bore crossing underneath an intermittent drainage to extend a sewer line.
