Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement Notification Number PLA-43845-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Placer Vineyards Central Group, LLC. The 53.54-acre project is limited to on-site infrastructure elements required for the development of the Placer Vineyards Specific Plan, including the installation of approximately 36,000 linear feet of water main; construction of approximately 15,600 linear feet of Baseline Road improvements and expansion; cumulative construction of approximately 4,650 linear feet of roadside ditch; and the installation of associated storm drains, culverts, and outfalls.
