Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement Notification Number PLA-43135-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Lennar Homes of California, Inc. The existing two-lane Palladay Road will be expanded starting at Baseline Road and extending southward approximately 2600 feet, including both a regular intersection and a roundabout intersection intended to connect to future east-west roadways. Sewer, water lines, and a stormwater drainage system will be included within the expanded footprint. The stormwater drainage system will incorporate a detention basin located at the southwest corner of Palladay and Baseline Road, a 54-inch diameter outfall structure on the north side of Baseline Road, and an excavated ditch west of the planned roundabout intended to convey stormwater drainage westward overland. The water line to be installed under the expanded roadway will be extended southward to Dyer Lane, where it will connect to a lift station being constructed south of Dyer Lane.
