Document Description
The Project is a 120.91-acre component of the Placer Vineyards Specific Plan (PVSP) Infrastructure Project and 8.45-acre temporary stockpile, for a total of 129.36 acres. The Project will include onsite infrastructure elements required for the development of the PVSP, specifically approximately 3,200 feet of Baseline Road widening, 8,400 feet of Dyer Lane construction, 4,800 feet of Palladay Road widening, and Open Space corridors including drainage improvements such as detention basins. Additional infrastructure elements include two sewer lines, a potable water line and recycled water line (each including pump stations and storage facilities), and transmission lines.
