Document Description
The Project is a 5.66-acre component of the PVSP Backbone Infrastructure project, which includes the onsite infrastructure elements required for development of the PVSP. Specifically, the Project includes a sewer line and associated maintenance road. The initial phase of proposed work within the Project area will be the installation of approximately 1,600 linear feet of an 18-inch sewer line and the construction of approximately 1,605 linear feet of a 14-foot wide maintenance road. The sewer line will be constructed via an open trench. The eventual full build out of Segment L will include the construction of future South Town Drive.
