Document Description
The 1.54-acre Project includes a component of PVSP Backbone Infrastructure required for the development of the PVSP. The initial phase of proposed work within the Project area will be the construction of the maintenance road and sewer line. The Project includes an approximately 403-foot stretch of 15-inch sanitary sewer line to be buried and an associated 14-foot-wide, 90-foot-long temporary maintenance road above. Approximately 110 linear feet of sewer line will be installed via trenching. In addition, the ephemeral drainage in the Project area will be redirected through grading and the construction of a new drainage ditch. An existing culvert will be removed, and grading will occur to allow water to flow east to west. A new approximately 44-linear-foot culvert of 36-inch corrugated metal pipe will be installed to divert water under the proposed maintenance road.
