The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0179-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Lennar Winncrest, LLC (Permittee) as represented by Larry Gualco. The project is a component of the Placer Vineyards Specific Plan (PVSP), a 5,230-acre specific plan project, which includes onsite and offsite infrastructure elements. The 36.44-acre Segment A Phase 1.2 Project includes infrastructure elements that are required for the first phase of development for Property 19 (Segment Q Phase 1.1; Notification to be submitted separately) within the PVSP. The activities proposed within the Segment A Phase 1.2 area for which immediate authorization is sought by this Notification are limited to the following activities: expansion of Baseline Road, construction of a portion of future Dyer Lane, and construction of a portion of future ‘A’ Street. In the northwestern portion of the Segment A Phase 1.2 Project area approximately 3,175 linear feet of the southern extent of the existing two-lane Baseline Road will be expanded. Approximately 3,770 linear feet of future Dyer Lane will be constructed within the Project area.
