Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0139-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Placer Vineyards Central Group, LLC (Permittee) as represented by Rick Langdon. The project is a component of the Placer Vineyards Specific Plan (PVSP), a 5,230-acre specific plan project, which includes on- and offsite infrastructure elements. The 56.03-acre Segment A Phase 1.1 Project includes the 47.87 acre Segment A Phase 1.1 area as well as an 8.16-acre stockpile area. The Project will include onsite and offsite infrastructure elements and the stock piling of soils that is required for the future development of Property 19 (aka Segment Q; to be Addressed under a separate Agreement) within the PVSP. The activities proposed within the Segment A Phase 1.1 area for which immediate authorization is sought by this Notification is limited to the following activities: the installation of a sewer line, construction of a maintenance road, the installation of 10 culverts, the placement of a soil stock pile, and the grading and restoring of proposed open space to make drainage improvements and create wetland habitat.
