Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0121-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Placer Vineyards Central Group, LLC (Permittee) as represented by Rick Langdon. The Project proposed herein is a component of the Placer Vineyards Specific Plan (PVSP), a 5,230-acre specific plan project, which includes onsite and offsite infrastructure elements. The 23.24-acre Segment A Phase 1.3 Project will include onsite and offsite infrastructure elements and the stock piling of soils that is required for the future development of Property 19 (aka Segment Q; to be Addressed under a separate Agreement) within the PVSP. The activities proposed within the Segment A Phase 1.3 area for which immediate authorization is sought by this Notification is limited to the following activities: improvements to existing Palladay Road (including utilities) and installation of a water line. The existing two-lane Palladay Road will be expanded starting at Baseline Road and extending southward approximately 1,300 linear feet. Approximately 7,500 linear feet of a 16-inch ductile iron pipe water line will be installed within the Project area via an open trench.
