Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0381-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, BHT II Northern Cal 1, LLC (Permittee) as represented by Rick Langdon. The Segment R Phase 1.1 Project is a component of the Placer Vineyards Specific Plan (PVSP), a 5,230-acre specific plan project, which includes onsite and offsite infrastructure elements. The 167.96-acre Segment R Phase 1.1 Project includes a 144.05-acre development area, an 18.61-acre avoided open space area, and a collective 5.30 acres of area for constructing water quality basins that will support the storm water drainage system to be constructed in the development area. The activities authorized by this Agreement for the Segment R Phase 1.1 Project include the following: mass grading in the development area to create housing pads for structures and excavation/construction of water quality basins to support the storm water runoff coming from the development area. Approximately 144.05 acres of the Segment R Phase 1.1 Project site will be mass graded to create housing pads for structures and utilities to be constructed in the development area. Four (4) water quality basins will be constructed in the open space areas that will support the storm water drainages coming from the Segment R Phase 1.1 Project area and the supporting roadways.
