The Segment Q Phase 1.1 Project is a component of the Placer Vineyards Specific Plan (PVSP), a 5,230-acre specific plan project, which includes onsite and offsite infrastructure elements. The 126.79-acre Segment Q Phase 1.1 Project includes both development and infrastructure components. The activities authorized by this Agreement for the Segment Q Phase 1.1 Project include the following: mass grading to create housing pads and road ways for structures, roads, and utilities to be constructed in the development area, the installation of a storm water drainage system, construction of a maintenance road, and construction of two water quality basins. Two water quality basins will be constructed in the open space portions of the Segment Q Phase 1.1 Project area. Approximately 5,675 linear feet of storm drainpipe will be installed to divert storm water runoff coming from future Dyer Lane and the proposed Segment Q Phase 1.1 mass grading area. Approximately 103 acres will be mass graded to create housing pads for structures and utilities to be constructed in the development area.
