Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Stream bed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0305-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Placer Vineyards Development Group, LLC (Permittee) as represented by Rick Langdon. The project is a component of the Placer Vineyards Specific Plan (PVSP), a 5,230 acre specific plan project, which includes on- and offsite infrastructure elements. The proposed Segment M Infrastructure Project (Segment M Project) is a 5.81 acre component of the PVSP Backbone Infrastructure, which includes onsite infrastructure elements required for the development of the PVSP, specifically, the installation of a sewer line, the construction of a maintenance road and two associated culverts, and the installation of a portion of a storm drain pipe.
