Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0184-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Placer Vineyards Central Group, LLC (Permittee) as represented by Rick Langdon.
The proposed Segment K Infrastructure Project (Segment K Project) is a 1.54-acre component of the Placer Vineyards Specific Plan (PVSP) Backbone Infrastructure, which includes onsite infrastructure elements required for the development of the PVSP, specifically, an approximately 403-foot stretch of 15-inch sanitary sewer line to be buried and an associated 14-foot-wide temporary maintenance road above. In addition, the ephemeral drainage in the project area will be redirected through grading and the construction of a new drainage ditch.
