Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0283-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Placer Vineyards Central Group, LLC (Permittee) as represented by Rick Langdon.
The project is limited to the construction of a section of a maintenance road, a trail, and installation of two 12-inch sewer force main pipes. Approximately 560 linear feet of a 12-foot wide aggregate base maintenance road will be constructed in the western portion of the project site. Approximately 3,740 linear feet of a 12-foot wide asphalt (with 4-foot wide decomposed granite shoulders) recreational trail will be constructed within other portions of the project site.
