CDFG is executing SAA# 0713-99 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Judy Salvano / City of San Jose. The applicant proposes to construct a new segment of the Coyote Creek Pedestrian Bicycle Path (approximately 400 feet long) on the west bank of Coyote Creek. The project includes construction of a 300 foot retaining wall along the path. The path will be paved with asphalt.
