The project involves slope repair along the southwesterly side of Fernleaf Avenue ramp in Corona Del Mar. The project includes: 1) removing the failed portion of the slope, 2) flattening the slope gradient, 3) provide a caisson wall installed at the top of the slope with an exposed wall surface ranging from 3' in height to 17' in height, 4) installing a debris wall at the toe of the slope adjacent to the Fernleaf ramp, 5) providing for local drainage, and 6) installing slope planting.
