Construction and operation of two new buildings on campus. The Student Services Center would be situated near the main campus enterance off of Fury Lane along Rancho San Diego Parkway on a 1.9 acre site. The 21000 square foot center would be developed as three single story structures that would house the administrative counseling needs of students on campus. the Child Development Center would be placed along Cuyamaca College Drive East on a .75 acre site near the southern boundary of campus.
