Document Description
The Del Rio Development Plan proposes to establish a residential community of approximately 73 acres. The project site is a County of Orange "island" within the sphere of influence of the City of Orange and is anticipated for annexation to the City of Orange. The project consists of a maximum of 716 dwelling units with 17.65 acres devoted to open space. The maximum 716 dwelling units are planned to be single-family detached and multi-family attached residential units, and will occupy approximately 54 gross acres of residenital neighborhoods within the Del Rio project.
