Development of a golf and residential community with approximately 525 acres of the 988-acre site would be developed as a private golf course country club with three 18-hole golf courses and related club house facilities. Approximately 402 acres would be developed with 819 units of a variety of single family homes. The remaining 61 acres will be used for arterial roadways.
