Document Description
The project applicant is requesting approval for the planned development of a golf and residential community based on the Conceptual Site Plan. Approximately 525 acres of the 988-acre site would be developed as a private golf course country club with three 18-hole golf courses and related club house facilities. Approximately 402 acres would be developed with a variety of residential uses.
