Document Description
The proposed project involves the development of various uses within a Residential District and a Mixed Use District on an approximate 293.2-acre site. The Residential District includes 1,250 units within 5 neighborhoods; civic uses; parks/open space; and an elementary school. The Mixed Use District is proposed to include retail, office, research and development (R&D) and light industrial uses. Additionally, the Mixed Use District includes an overlay area of up to 15-acres which could be developed with elder care facilities.
