The proposed amendments to Rule 1151 will: 1. Delay the imposition of the 420 grams/liter (g/L) VOC limit for multi-stage systems until July 1, 2000; 2. Update and streamline the VOC definition by referencing the most recent federal list of exempt compounds; 3. Remove obsolete limits and language; 4. Specify record-keeping requirements for vendors, and 5. Broaden the Rule's applicability to include assembly-line production operations and establish a specific VOC emissions limit for motor home assembly-line production facilities.
