Document Description
The Applicant, Zephyr Newhall, LLP has received approval to develop 150 residential dwellings units on a 61.34 acres project site located close to the intersection of Sierra Highway and golden Valley Road in the eastern portion of the City of Santa Clarita (city). The proposed project, which includes the subdivision of the property into 158 numbered lots consists of 150 single=family detached homes on minimum 5,000 square foot lots, a 1.88 acre recreation lot that includes a 2.55 acre private recreation area.
