Document Description
The applicant proposes to impact a total of 17.86 acres of Alluvial scrub habitat, 16.23 acres of which are permanent. Impacts are associated with grading and filling activities within the Santa Clara River floodplane for the purpose of constructing two bridges and single family homes. Appropriate mitigation will take place in the form of on site habitat preservation and the aquisition and preservation of contigous off site habitat.
