Document Description
The proposed project has three major components: 1) The County DPW proposes to reconstruct and widen South Santa Fe Avenue on a new centerline, from a two-lane road to a four-lane major road for approximately 2.0 miles between the Vista city limits and the San Marcos city limits. 2) DPW proposes to construct approximately 0.3 mile of Sycamore Avenue between its existing built-out terminus at the Vista City limit near University Drive and South Santa Fe Avenue at Buena Creek Road. Drainage improvements would be made as a part of the Sycamore Avenue extension. 3) Improvements to the railroad crossing near the northern project limits would be installed as part of this project.
