The City of Lancaster proposes widening of the Avenue H overcrossing of State Route 14 and modification of interchange ramp termini at Avenue H within Caltrans access control in the southeast and southwest quadrants of the intersection. The City also proposes to widen the bridge which carries Avenue H over the Amargosa Drainage Channel and widen Avenue H from 20t St. West to 25th St. West within the City of Lancaster.
