The project entails construction of a Double Box Culvert over New Weber Slough at south end. The Quantas Lane Extension will connect into the existing West Frontage Road approximately 2,850' south of the SR99/Arch Road interchange. The Quantas Lane Extension will connect with Arch Road at the existing Qantas Lane intersection. Two-way stop sign control will be provided on Qantas Lane until a traffic signal is warranted.
