The project applicant, "Novato Community Partners" (NCP) proposes residential reuse of the former military housing site commonly known as Capehart/Hillside. NCP seeks Precise Development Plan, Subdivision Tentative Map and Design Review approval for Capehart/Hillside Project (collectively, the "proposed project") pursuant to and consistent with the Development Agreement by and between the City of Novato and NCP, executed December 13, 1999, and the Hamilton Army Airfield Reuse Plan, dated October 1995 and revised November 1996.
