Document Description
The project proposes to demolish two small cottages and a detached garage on a property which fronts on to Scenic Road and includes a driveway on to San Antonio Avenue. After demolition, the project proposes to construct a 2,180 square foot family residence (including a two-car garage) on a 5,075 square foot parcel located in the R-1 district. The project also involves changing access to the property from San Antonio Avenue to Scenic Road. The driveway currently located on the San Antonio Avenue side of the property would be converted to a landscaped backyard.
