The development agreement between the City of Monterey Park and the Monterey Park Retail Partners, LLC is meant to assist with land use planning certainty and provide for the orderly development of the Monterey Park Precise Plan project in a manner consistent with the City's zoning regulations, the City's rules and regulations, and the City's General Plan.
