Document Description
The proposed project consists of a 515,392-square foot retail center including a home improvement store with a garden center, three restaurants, and various other retail uses. The project would provide 2,791 parking spaces, based on the Urban Land Institute standard of 5 spaces per 1,000 square feet.
Existing land uses on the project site include a leachate treatment plant which processes groundwater from a South Parcel landfill (which will close in 2000). A byproduct of the leachate treatment process includes leachate gas, which is treated by at the main flare station.
