Document Description
Based on previous SWRCB Orders (94-05) the SWRCB will consider development of revised release requirements and other conditions, if any, in the Reclamation water rights permits (A11331 & A11332) for the Cachuma Project. These release requirements will take into consideration the National Marine Fisheries Service Biological Opinion and the draft Lower Santa Ynez River Fisheries Management Plan and other reports. The revised release requirements are to provide appropriate public trust and downstream water rights protection.
