Document Description
The project is 478.3 acres in size and includes 340.9 acres of medium density, single-family residential uses on lots ranging from 5,000 to 8,000 square feet with a maximum of 1,436 dwelling untis; 4.3 acres of commercial/ day care; a 12.3 acres school site; 12.1 acres of parks; 81.7 acres of natural open space; 2.2 acres of paseos (i.e., trails) and 24.8 acres devoted to major roads. The DEIR is now complete and available for review.
