The project would involve construction of a new 15,400 sq. ft skateboard park in the existing City parking lot at Chase Palm Park and reconstruction of the remainder of the parking lot. An additional City parking lot would be restriped to provide additional parking and additional parking spaces would be provided in the driveway to the Cahse Palm Park Expansion.
