Document Description
The project proposes to amend the existing Central City Redevelopment Project (Amendment No.4) by adding approximately 214 acres to the Existing Redevelopment Project Area. Land uses will be the same as those reflected on the adopted Land Use Element of the Bell Gardens General Plan and the Bell Gardens Zoning Ordinance. The proposed amendment also includes an extension for the use of eminent domain within the Amended Project Area to the year 2010 and may also increase the bond and tax limits established by the existing Plan.
