Document Description
The Draft Toro Canyon Plan proposes amendments to the Comprehensive Plan, Coastal Land Use Plan and Articles ll and lll of th Zoning Ordinance. In addition, minor changes are proposed to the Coastal Zone boundary. The Draft Plan adds new goals, policies, actions, and development standards which would apply to new development projects within the plan area. Plan buildout would allow development of 310 additional residential units.
