Document Description
The project is a Residential Development consisting of the subdivision of a 19.1-acre parcel and construction of 31 residential units within the City of Arcadia. Existing structures on the parcel are proposed to be demolished and a number of existing mature trees, including oaks, will be removed. Additionally, an existing drainage channel will be converted to a covered box drain on a portion of the channel. A City pumping well will be added at the northwest corner of the property. The well will be screened with a wall and landscaping.
