The project has been determined to be a Class 15 Categorical Exemption pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, as amended. This is a project to subdivide air rights to establish a two (2) unit condiminium project in the R-2 (Medium Density Residential) Zone. The project is in conformance with the General Plan and no Variances or exceptions were required. All services and access to the parcel are available and the parcel was not involved in a division of a larger parcel within the previous two years and the parcel does not have an average slope greater than 20 percent.
