SINCE THE PORT HAS ENTERED INTO A CONTRACT FOR WHARF REPAIRS AT BERTHS 121-126, YML WILL BE REQUIRED TO USE BERTH 127 AND ADJACENT PORT-OWNED CRANES FOR A 6 MONTH PERIOD. WHEN THE CONSTRUCTION ENDS, CRANE NO. 209-41 WILL SWITCH FROM A MONTHLY FEE TO A TARIFF RATE.
