THE PROJECT IS FOUND TO BE EXEMPT UNDER SECTION 15301 OF THE CEQA GUIDELINES. FUTHERMORE, AFTER CONDUCT OF AN INITIAL STUDY TO EVALUATE THE POTENTIAL FOR ADVERSE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT, THE CITY OF LA CANADA FLINTRIDGE HAS DETERMINED THAT NO EVIDENCE HAS BEEN PRESENTED WHICH WOULD INDICATE THAT THE PROJECT WILL HAVE ANY POTENTIAL FOR ADVERSE EFFECT ON WILDLIFE RESOURCES OR OTHER ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERNS.
