The Points of Diversion are located on an Unnamed Stream and Pip Creek tributary to Van Duzen River thence Eel River thence Pacific Ocean in Humboldt County. Water will be diverted and used between January 1 through December 31 of each year and used for domestic, irrigation, and stockwater purposes. The project is located approximately 18 miles east of Fortuna, California.
