EID proposes to replace four earthen reservoirs ranging in size from 0.9 to 6.94 million gallons with four smaller steel water storage tanks ranging in size from 0.5 to 3.5 million gallons. Project scope includes construction of an underground by-pass pipeline around a portion of the edge of each reservoir.
