Document Description
The reclamation and restoration of an active quarry site into a 477 unit residential project. Nineteen single family lots would be created at the north edge of the site with access from Campus Drive. A 54 unit, affordable senior housing project would be located at the base of the site with access from Edwards Avenue. The remaining 404 units would be developed on approximately 45 acres at the base of the site, with attached townhomes. A 2 acre park, 14 acre foot detention basin and restoration and revegetation of the main slope area are all part of the project.
