Document Description
The construction of 564 residential units on at the site of an existing rock quarry. Nineteen single family lots are proposed fronting on Campus Drive the remaining 545 units would be located with access off of Edwards Avenue (approximately 45 acres). A 6000 sq ft community center and 10,000 sq ft of commercial are studied at the base of the site, adjacent to edwards. The project also includes full reclamation of the site including slope restoration and re-vegetation.
