Document Description
Establish a green materials composting and C&D waste processing and recycling operation on an 18.7 acre facility. Facility will be designed to receive and process a combined total of up to 1.500 tons per day (tpd) of material. The composting facility will receive and process approximately 750 tpd of greenwaste, manure, sawdust, and wood. The C&D Recycling facility will receive and process approximately 750 tpd of inert construction and demolition debris. The facility will operate 24 hours per day, seven days per week, with public access allowed. Public access for delivery is limited to daylight hours. The facility will receive up to 263 vehicles per day.
